![]() Feasts will not wait for the Crown. Many people have worked hard all day to ensure a good meal and it should not be ruined by being served late. We would like to remind everyone that Kingdom Law (XIX-400) prohibits smoking in the main activity area of events as well as on the fighting fields. We ask that you please extend this courtesy to the entrances/exits of events. And we thank our friends who already practice this courtesy. We appreciate that groups like to show their hospitality by providing lunch for the crown at events. We also know that individuals must provide these meals out of pocket. As much as we appreciate the thought and effort to provide a meal, we feel the money spent would be better donated to the Water Bearers fund or the War Hospitality fund. Please respect the time of officers and people volunteering to produce events. If you need to contact them use the resources available to locate / contact them instead of sending a message to a list for them to contact you. Contact information for all officers can be found in the Mews and links on the Kingdom Web Site. If there is dancing, Strip the Willow, or some variation there-of, is always in fashion.
