Lilies Master Schedule

The Master Schedule (version good as of 06/09/2010, A.S. XLV) is the source file for all schedules located on the site. It can be viewed in the following formats:

The first is a Microsoft Excel file saved as a web page and therefore may not display on all browsers, nor is it easily printable. If you need a program capable of opening Miscrosoft Excel files, the Web Minister recommends OpenOffice.org 3.1.1 (http:///www.openoffice.org/). OpenOffice.org 3 is a free open-source office software suite.

The second is a Portable Document Format (PDF), also saved as a web page and therefore may not display on all browsers. If you need a program capable of opening PDF files, you can download the newest version of Adobe Reader (http://get.adobe.com/reader/).

There is also an online version of the Master Schedule that can be viewed by clicking here. Like the Microsoft Excel file, the online version of the Master Schedule is not easily printable. It contains links to more detailed descriptions of activities taking place during the week.

Finally, schedules specific to various areas are located throughout the site, these should be printable and often provide more detailed information.

There are currently separate schedules for Combat, Archery, Arts and Sciences Competitions, European Dance Activities, Middle Eastern Activities, R.U.S.H. Classes and Youth Activities.
