Next scheduled Lilies meeting is at War College in Hallsville, MO on May 1st.
To all and singular, greetings!
As our showcase event comes closer, preparations continue in earnest for Lilies' archery.
We are seeking your help. Baronies, shires, and cantons are welcome to sponsor shoots. Marshals and marshals in training are also welcome to run shoots this year.
This year's theme is is the “war of the Henry's” of England. We have come up with some exciting scenarios if you would like a little inspiration!
Please contact me at LiliesArchery@Calontir.info and keep an eye on the Lilies' site page for a developing schedule. Our plan is to have a war point contested each day, in concert with the day's theme.
I am pleased to have skilled and experienced staff diligently working on our behalf.
Dammo von Uttenweiler is serving as Deputy Marshal in Charge of Archery and can also coordinate efforts.
Daniel Martel has graciously volunteered to marshal thrown weapons for our enjoyment.
We are also pleased to have Cadlae Locha Eme, after a year of rest, leading youth archery efforts this year.
Yours in service,
Gerald Kendall

ACCEPS:
There is NO ACCEPS signup this year. To speed up your troll time there is a Troll Registraion and Waiver form for you to download.
Concerning Merchants:
I am Meistari Katriona ni Chonarain, Merchant Coordinator for Lilies War XXIV. You may know me; I have been selling in the New Merchant area for 10 years as Irontree Works, Inc. My husband is the blacksmith, so we are pretty noticeable and easily found.
Please send all registrations to Baroness Liriel, whose contact information is on the registration form. She lives closer to the bank, so she will collate, deposit checks, and forward the forms to me. I will send an e-mail confirmation to all merchant for whom I receive a registration. If you have not heard from me, feel free to e-mail or call me.
One big new rule will be in effect at this Lilies. There is a new Kingdom law in Calontir that bans smoking in public spaces, and merchant spaces, or teaching spaces, are considered public. Conde Fernando, Kingdom Seneschal of Calontir, confirmed that for me. If you camp at your space, you can still smoke in your personal area, but not in the selling tent. For further specifics, feel free to contact me.
I look forward to seeing all of you in June!

Greetings from Mistress Meadhbh inghean ui Shuibhne, Lilies War Chair
As you may recall from the August letter, the Park requested we move the battlefield. I appreciate all the comments I received on this decision. The battlefield is moving to the fireworks field. The proposed battlefield set up can be found on the Lilies war website.
Battlefield relocated: proposed set up
The Park estimates they will begin renovating the old battlefield site sometime before Thanksgiving. No Lilies War activities will occur on the old site—this includes camping. The Park requests that we stay off this area for a minimum of two years.
Look for changes on the Lilies War website over the coming months. We will be putting new information and historical information about the war on the site. Also, look at the site for updates for the upcoming war. Postings regarding staff and committee meetings times will also be located on the site.
The next committee meeting is at Toys for Tots.
All Lilies Committee meetings are open, please attend if you are interested. Meetings will be posted on the website. My contact info is in the MEWS.
In Service,
Mistress Meadhbh inghean ui Shuibhne
